§ 99.12 SIGNS.
Each owner, lessor, lessee, employer or other person in control of a public place or place of employment shall post conspicuous "no smoking" signs in the enclosed area and at every public entrance of any public place or place of employment where smoking is prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, deface or obscure any sign posted pursuant to the provisions of this section.
