§ 99.05 PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT.
   (A)   It is unlawful to smoke in any enclosed area of any place of employment.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any employer to knowingly permit smoking in any enclosed area of any place of employment.
