§ 99.04 PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN ENCLOSED PUBLIC PLACES.
   (A)   It is unlawful to smoke in any enclosed area of any public place.
   (B)   It is unlawful for the owner, occupant or lessee, as the case may be, in control of a public place to knowingly permit smoking in any enclosed area in a public place.
