§ 96.05 DAMAGE TO STREETS AND SIDEWALKS; OBSTRUCTING OR DEPOSITING MATERIALS ON STREETS, SIDEWALKS OR PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to damage any street, sidewalk or other paved way within the village.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to store or deposit any material whatsoever or any debris whatsoever on any street, sidewalk or public property within the village.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to shovel, plow or deposit or permit any person, firm or corporation to shovel, plow or deposit snow and/or ice from a private driveway, parking lot or other private property upon any street, sidewalk or public property within the village.
   (D)   If after a village official gives notice to a responsible party the village incurs any expenses in removing any of the items referenced above, the expenses incurred may be recovered by the village in addition to a fine or penalty as set forth in this code.
