§ 96.01 SUPERVISION OF STREETS; ENFORCEMENT OF REGULATIONS.
All public streets, alleys, sidewalks and other public ways in the village shall be under the supervision of the superintendent of public works. He shall be charged with the enforcement of all ordinance provisions relating to such public places (except traffic ordinances) and is hereby authorized to enforce the ordinances.
