(A) Use of lakes shall be restricted to Village residents and their invited guests in accordance with these regulations. For purposes of this subchapter, the term "guests" shall not include a group of individuals who are members of a club or organization invited to use the lakes by a Village resident.
(B) No person, firm or corporation shall launch a boat onto a lake within the Village directly from any boat trailer by backing the trailer up to a lakeshore except at the boat launch on Lake Linden. However, boat launching at other sites will be allowed for Village authorized maintenance personnel.
