(A) Enforcement: The village of Lindenhurst's police department is hereby authorized to enforce on Lindenhurst park district property located in the village of Lindenhurst the ordinances of the Lindenhurst park district adopted February 1, 2000, and entitled "conduct code of the Lindenhurst park district" (Lindenhurst park district ordinance 00-02-01 is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein) and any amendments thereto.
(B) Violations: The village of Lindenhurst shall prosecute all violations of applicable law occurring on Lindenhurst park district properties within the village of Lindenhurst with the assistance and cooperation of the Lindenhurst park district. The village of Lindenhurst shall retain all fines assessed against the violator in such proceedings.
