§ 95.11 PEDDLING; SOLICITATIONS; OBSTRUCTING USE OF PARKS.
   (A)   No person shall offer for sale any article, thing or service, do any hawking, peddling or soliciting; buy or offer to sell to buy any article or thing; take collections or solicit or receive contributions of money or anything of value in the public parks, except when authorized to do so by permit from the village board of trustees.
   (B)   No person shall set, place or cause to be set or placed any goods, wares, merchandise or property of any kind so as to obstruct use of the public parks. (Ord. 75-0-292, passed 4-28-1975; Am. Ord. 76-0-316, passed 6-14-1976)
