§ 95.06 FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS; FIRES.
   (A)   No person shall carry or discharge firearms or set off any fireworks or anything containing substance of an explosive nature in the public parks.
   (B)   No person shall light or make use of any fire in the public parks except by permit obtained from the village board of trustees.
