§ 92.53 LOCAL AUDIBLE ALARMS.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall be allowed to have a local alarm which is not connected to the police station and which sounds audibly on the premises of the subscriber without first having obtained a permit.
   (B)   No local alarms shall make a sound similar to that of sirens on emergency vehicles or civil defense warning systems. All owners of the local audible alarm systems shall be responsible for the proper functioning of the systems so as not to create a public disturbance.
