§ 91.06 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY ORGANIZATION.
The organization shall consist of the following:
   (A)   A coordinator who shall work under the general direction of the village administrator.
   (B)   An assistant coordinator who shall work under the general direction of the coordinator or in the absence of the coordinator under the general direction of the village administrator.
   (C)   The employees, equipment and facilities of all village departments, boards, institutions and commissions shall participate in the emergency services activity. Duties assigned to a village department shall be the same or similar to the normal duties of the department.
   (D)   Volunteers whose offers of assistance have been accepted by the village.
   (E)   Any member of the Lindenhurst emergency management agency may be designated as a member of a mobile support team created by the state coordinator of the state emergency management agency as provided by law. The "leader" of such mobile support team shall be appointed by the village administrator. Any member of a mobile support team who is a village employee or officer while serving on call duty by the governor shall receive compensation and have the powers, duties and rights and immunities incident to such employment or office. Any member who is not a paid officer or employee of the village, while serving, shall receive from the state such compensation as provided by law.
