§ 91.05 DUTIES OF COORDINATOR AND ASSISTANT COORDINATOR.
   (A)   The coordinator, subject to the direction and control of the village president, shall be the executive head of the local emergency management agency and shall be responsible under the direction of the village president for carrying out the program for emergency services and disaster operations of the village. He/she, as set forth in this chapter, shall be responsible for preparing a village disaster plan. Such plan shall be reviewed on an annual basis. He/she shall maintain liaison and cooperate with the EMA and other disaster agencies and organizations of other political subdivisions of the state and of the federal government. The coordinator shall have the responsibility for the organization, administration, training and operation of the members within the village EMA.
   (B)   The assistant coordinator shall work under the direction of the coordinator and in the absence of the coordinator shall assume the duties of the "coordinator" as defined herein.
