For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
KENNELS and PET SHOPS. Any establishment which is used solely for the raising, training, boarding or selling of dogs, cats, birds, mice, hamsters, as well as all other types of small animals, for hire or profit, or where more than 3 dogs, cats or like animals are harbored or kept.
VETERINARY HOSPITAL. Any institution, place or enclosure used for the harboring or reception for care and treatment of 2 or more dogs, cats or other animals.
