§ 90.31 VILLAGE CLERK TO PROVIDE TAGS; DOG TO WEAR COLLAR WITH TAG.
   (A)   The village clerk, on or before May 1 of each and every year, shall provide a number of metal tags as he shall deem necessary. The shape of the tag being changed each year; upon which tag shall be stamped the numbers indicating the year for which the license fee is paid and a number or numbers corresponding to the number of the license. The clerk shall deliver one of such metal tags to each and every person procuring a license to keep a dog as provided in this subchapter.
   (B)   Every dog licensed as provided in this subchapter shall at all times have a collar upon its neck with the metal tag above described, securely fastened thereto, and any dog found within the village without a tag upon its neck as provided in this subchapter shall be deemed and held to be a nuisance and shall be disposed of as provided in this subchapter.
