It shall be unlawful to keep any animal or fowl other than a dog or cat on any area consisting of less than 1 acre. Further, it shall be unlawful to keep any animal in any manner so as to cause noxious or offensive odors on or over surrounding property, whether privately or municipally owned, and it shall be unlawful at all times and places to keep live swine within the village.
