The order of business at meetings of the board of trustees shall be as follows:
(A) Roll call.
(B) Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s).
(C) Report of the village treasurer.
(D) Reading and approval of bills against the village.
(E) Reports of village officers other than the village treasurer.
(F) Reports of standing committees.
(G) Reports of special committees.
(H) Unfinished business.
(I) Presentation of communications or petitions.
(J) New business.
