(A) It shall be unlawful to permit any dangerous animal or reptile of any kind to run at large within the village. Exhibitions or parades of dangerous animals or reptiles may be conducted only after obtaining a permit from the village police chief.
(B) The village police chief or any other person in the village is authorized to kill any dangerous animal of any kind when it is necessary for the protection of any person or property.
