§ 30.18 MEMBERSHIP ON COMMITTEES.
The president shall appoint the members of all standing and special committees in the absence of specific direction by the board of trustees and shall designate the chairmen thereof. Every committee of the board of trustees shall consist of 3 members, including the chairman, unless the board directs otherwise.
