§ 73.06 TRUCK AND BUS PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any type of truck, other than a van commonly used for residential passenger purposes, or a van converted by removal of seats for commercial purposes, or a pickup truck or a pickup truck converted for commercial purposes, on any street or on any public or private property in the village unless: 1) said truck is actively loading or unloading goods or materials or 2) said truck is parked on a lot located in a nonresidential zoning district and is being used for the operation of a business located on the lot, or with the occupant of the truck as an active customer doing business on the premises where parked during regular business hours, or 3) the occupant of said truck is performing service, repair, remodeling or construction work on the premises where parked and the truck is utilized in said work.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park any school bus or passenger bus or any converted or modified school or passenger bus on any street or on any public or private property in the village, except as approved by the village board of trustees. Notwithstanding the above, however, 1 bus may be parked on a lot located in a nonresidential zoning district if it is owned or leased by a preschool or daycare center which owns the lot on which it is parked.
