§ 72.14 OVERTAKING.

Any driver of a vehicle, upon overtaking another vehicle shall pass on the left side of the overtaken vehicle. When requested to do so, any driver of a vehicle traveling upon any street shall as soon as practicable turn to the right, so as to allow any overtaking vehicle, free passage to the left of the overtaken vehicle.
