(A) Any business having 1 or more motor vehicles fitting the criteria set forth in § 71.01 of this chapter shall pay a yearly fee in an amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code. The fee will be billed in 6 equal installments on the business' sewer and water bill and will be computed on each May 1.
(B) The yearly fee shall be as follows:
(1) 1 to 4 vehicles: $60
(2) 5 to 10 vehicles: $80
(3) More than 10 vehicles: $100
(C) The yearly fee shall be computed each May 1.
