§ 10.20 PROSECUTING OFFICER MAY ELECT UNDER WHICH SECTION TO PROSECUTE.
In all cases, when the same offense may be punishable, or be cognizable by different clauses or sections of the ordinances, the prosecuting officer may elect under which to proceed; but no more than 1 recovery may be had against the same person for the same offense.
