§ 51.035 WATER REGULATIONS; SERVICE LINES.
Each service pipe shall be laid or used to supply 1 distinct premises or building and shall run from the supply line directly to the distinct premises or building. A permit fee shall be obtained for each service. All service pipes 2 inches and under shall be of type K copper, with flared fittings for connections.
