§ 93.21 NOTICE AND ABATEMENT.
   (A)   The village shall serve written notice, in accordance with state law, on any premises on which a nuisance is present, as defined by this subchapter.
   (B)   If the owner (person, firm, corporation or trustee) and/or occupant does not abate the nuisance, the code official may proceed to abate said nuisance.
