(A) Regular meetings of the sanitary district shall be held on the first Monday of March, June, September, and December at 7:30 p.m. or immediately following the regular meeting of the village board, whichever is later. Notices shall be provided in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
(B) The meetings of the sanitary district shall be at the village hall unless otherwise approved by the trustees.
(C) Special meetings may be called by the president or three trustees upon at least 48 hours' notice to the president and all trustees. Notice of the special meetings shall be as required in the Open Meetings Act.
(D) The proceedings of all meetings shall be in accordance with the most recent edition of Robert's Rules of Order.
