(A) For purposes of this section "planted vegetation" shall include lawns, flowers, bushes, shrubs, trees and gardens.
(B) No person or corporation shall water any planted vegetation within the village between May 15 and September 15 except as allowed in division (C) of this section.
(C) Watering of planted vegetation on property within the village is not allowed between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Watering is allowed between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. on even numbered days of the month on properties having even numbered addresses and on odd numbered days of the month on properties having odd numbered addresses.
(D) These restrictions shall not apply to any person or corporation engaged in the business of growing and selling planted vegetation.
(E) Any person or corporation establishing newly planted vegetation on any property in the village may apply at the village hall for a permit which would allow watering outside of the times prescribed in divisions (B) and (C) of this section.
