Each motor vehicle operated in connection with the business shall be constructed so that any perishable material including foodstuffs or animal matter shall be deposited within a metal container completely covered by a metal or other suitable cover so that the perishable materials shall be fully covered at all times that the motor vehicle is in motion. All equipment also shall comply with all local, State and Federal safety regulations governing its manufacture and use.
