§ 70.01 ADOPTION OF STATE VEHICLE CODE.

(A) The city does hereby adopt the State Vehicle Code, Public Act 300 of 1949, being M.C.L.A. §§ 257.1 through 257.923, as amended. Specifically included are any and all amendments thereto currently scheduled to be effective on October 1, 1999.
