§ 53.04  RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.
   The City of Linden and/or Genesee County Drain Commission shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The City of Linden and/or Genesee County Drain Commission may delegate any powers granted or duties imposed upon them to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in their employ.
