§ 50.02 REGULAR DISPOSAL REQUIRED.

All householders, whether owner or renters, shall be responsible for the regular, safe, sanitary, and inconspicuous disposal of garbage, refuse, or trash. Such trash shall be placed for collection regularly, once each week on a day to be designated by the City Council.
