§ 50.01  PURPOSE AND PROVISIONS.
   This chapter is enacted in contemplation of and in conjunction with the letting of a contract for the regular weekly collection of garbage in the city. These provisions are adopted for the purpose of ensuring that garbage, trash, and refuse shall be placed out of doors for collection in safe, sanitary, and not unsightly containers.
