§ 151.31  PEDESTRIAN SAFETY.
   No merchandise, goods, wares, appliances, commodities, display, and/or advertising signs which have sharp, pointed, or cutting edges shall be displayed in such a manner as to endanger the bodies or limbs of pedestrians using city sidewalks.
