§ 151.25  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GOODS, WARES, MERCHANDISE, or COMMODITIES. Embrace and include new or used automobiles, displayed without license plates, with appropriate markings, stickers, or signs signifying that said automobile or automobiles are only displayed for sale.
   SIDEWALK. The portion of the street right-of-way designed for pedestrian travel.
