§ 150.31  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CODE OFFICIAL.  The City of Linden Building Official or any designee of the City Building Official.
   JURISDICTION or CITY.  The City of Linden.
   STRUCTURE.  Any building or structure for which a permit must be obtained for construction under any ordinance or code of the city.
