The city hereby adopts the International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk. The city hereby refers to, adopts, and makes a part hereof, as if fully set out in this subchapter, each and all the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition, except for the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in § 150.32.
