A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as the 2015 Michigan Building Code including the 2015 Michigan Residential Code and the 2015 Michigan Rehabilitation Code for Existing Buildings, as published by the State Department of Consumer Industry and Industry Services, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the city; for control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said 2015 Michigan Building Code including the 2015 Michigan Residential Code and the 2015 Michigan Rehabilitation Code for Existing Buildings are hereby referred to, adopted, and made part hereof, as if fully set out in this subchapter.
