§ 31.024  DESCRIPTION OF DOWNTOWN DISTRICT.
   The Downtown District shall consist of the territory in the city described in Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part hereof, subject to such changes as may hereinafter be made pursuant to this subchapter and Act 197, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1651 through 125.1681.
