§ 134.05  CONVERSION OR EMBEZZLEMENT OF MONEY, GOODS, OR PROPERTY.
   Any person to whom any money, goods, or other tangible property having a value of $200 or less has been delivered who embezzles or fraudulently converts to his or her own use, or secretes with the intent to embezzle or fraudulently use, such goods, money, or other tangible property or any part thereof is deemed by so doing to have committed and is guilty of a misdemeanor.
