§ 134.03  FRAUDULENT PROCUREMENT OF FOOD, DRINK, OR LODGING.
   (A)   Any person who patronizes or is put up at any motel, hotel, inn, restaurant, café, or bar as a guest and procures any food, drink, or accommodation without paying for it, except when credit is given therefor by express agreement, with intent to defraud such keeper out of the pay for the same is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   No conviction shall be had under this section unless complaint is made within 30 days of the time of the violation.
