§ 134.02  FRAUDULENT PROCUREMENT OF GASOLINE, OIL, OR OTHER MERCHANDISE.
   Any person who requests and obtains gasoline, oil, or other merchandise at a gasoline service station and leaves the premises without paying for it, except when credit is given therefor by express agreement, with intent to defraud the owner or operator of such gasoline service station out of the pay for the same is guilty of a misdemeanor.
