§ 133.02 ASSISTING PERSON IN CUSTODY OF POLICE OFFICER.

It is unlawful for any person to offer or endeavor to assist any person in the custody of a police officer, a member of the Police Department, or a person duly empowered with police authority to escape or attempt to escape from such custody.
