§ 133.01 RESISTING ARREST.

It is unlawful for any person to resist any police officer, any member of the Police Department, or any person duly empowered with police authority while in the lawful discharge of his or her duty, or in any way interfere with or hinder him or her in the discharge of his or her duty.
