§ 31.006  MEETINGS; RECORDS.
   The Board shall adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of its business. The Board shall hold regular meetings at least four times each year, subject to the proviso that the President may cancel such meetings if the President determines that there is not business to be considered by the Board. A majority of the members of the Board in office at the time shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business. All meetings shall be held in accordance with the state’s Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.261 through 15.275, as amended, and a record of the Boards proceedings shall be kept by the Board. Such record shall become a public record in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, Public Act 442 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.231 through 15.246, as amended. Copies of the minutes shall be submitted to the City Clerk immediately upon approval by the Library Board.
