§ 132.001  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONSUMER FIREWORKS. As defined in Public Act 256 of 2011, being M.C.L.A. §§ 28.451 et seq. (Act 256).
   FIREWORKS. As defined in Act 256.
   RETAILER. As defined in Act 256.
   WHOLESALER. As defined in Act 256.
