(A) It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase or knowingly possess or transport any beer, wine, or other alcoholic liquor, or knowingly possess, transport, or have under his or her control in any motor vehicle, any beer, wine, or other alcoholic liquor, unless such person is employed by a licensee under a license issued by the State Liquor Control Commission and possesses, transports, or has such alcoholic beverages under his or her control in a motor vehicle in the course of his or her employment during regular working hours.
(B) It is unlawful for any person, except upon authority of and pursuant to a prescription of a duly licensed physician, to furnish alcoholic liquor to a person under the age of 21 years.
(C) It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to falsely represent himself or herself to be of the age of 21 or over when purchasing, offering to purchase, or attempting to purchase or procure beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverages, or to give any false information regarding his or her age to any law enforcement official or to any person selling beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverages for the purpose of securing a sale thereof to himself or herself.
