The license fee to be charged for such application shall be determined by resolution by the City Council. No license fee shall be valid for more than 14 consecutive days. Such licenses are nonrenewable, and no licensee shall receive more than one such license per residence within any calendar year. Such license shall be posted in the immediate area of such sale.
