§ 114.064  FRANCHISE NONEXCLUSIVE.
   A franchise granted is nonexclusive. The grantor specifically reserves the right to grant, subject to all terms and conditions of this chapter, such additional franchises for a telecommunications system at any time as it deems appropriate.
