§ 30.32  COLLECTION.
   The Chief of the appropriate department shall determine the responsible party and shall calculate the charges to be billed and shall deliver the information to the City Treasurer for billing purposes. The City Treasurer shall bill the responsible party. In the event that payment is not made within 30 days of the billing, the City Treasurer shall take appropriate action to collect the amounts due.
