§ 110.02  APPLICATION; CHECKLIST.
   Any person, corporation, partnership, LLC, or other legal entity desiring to commence business operations in the city shall first complete an application form as provided by the city. The form shall be available at the City Hall during regular business hours and in such other manner as determined by the City Manager. The application shall be accompanied by a checklist designed to assist the applicant in securing all approvals necessary for the issuance of a business occupancy permit. Failure to provide the appropriate forms shall not excuse the requirement that an occupancy permit be received prior to conducting business. It is the obligation of the applicant to secure all approvals prior to issuance of the business occupancy permit. The application shall be completed in full.
