§ 30.16 POOLING OF DEBT RETIREMENT FUNDS, VOTED BONDS, NON-VOTED BONDS, SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BONDS.

(A) Debt retirement funds created for the following categories of debt may be pooled or combined for deposit or investment purposes only with other debt retirement funds created for the same category of debt.

(B) The categories are:

(1) Voted bonds;

(2) Non-voted bonds; and

(3) Special assessment bonds.
